Who is Potato’s Owner?

In a call to my regular aircon serviceman:

“Hey Charlie, this is (pause) … Potato’s owner …”

Having known him for many years now, I don’t think he really knows my name (well probably more my parents’), except where I tell him my address, but who can ever forget a dog’s name like Potato? = )

  • haha that's ok ... if you don't have the responsibility of making sure the aircon is running cool in this terrible heat, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't know the aircon man's name ... or vice versa

    yeah my sis & I were deliberating between Potato & Tomato, but she looks more like a Potato ; )

    Lol. Cute. I'd never think of Potato as a name for a dog but somehow, it's distinct and unique... and it sticks. Can't exactly forget a name like that, as you said. I think the aircon man who services our aircon knows me as the daughter of the man who lives at... wait. I don't even think he even cares. x)
