I really pity Lim Swee Say, there has to be more effort than giving him a designation like Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office doesn’t it?

I’m sure we are just trying to be unique in this huge World with designations no other country has … Mentor Minister, Senior Minister (Wiki claims it was used before in Canada though, way back in 1977), and now Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office.

The common folk are constantly inspired by their Government to create something unique, just like Jack Sim, founder of the World Toilet Organisation. The WTO recently organized the very successful World Toilet Summit and Expo, where you should know what all the people come together and talk about.

Truly sums up what is Uniquely Singapore.
